On Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10:00am – 2:00pm at the Royal Oaks Elementary School, the City of Bradbury held its second annual “Mayday” Emergency Preparedness Expo, an event that will brings community resources together in preparation for the next big emergency. Nestled against the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, the residents of Bradbury and Duarte have come to enjoy the tranquility that nature provides while accepting the inherent risk of a potential wildfire.
