Century 21 Village Welcomes Kathy Knudsen

Andy Bencosme, Managing Broker of CENTURY 21 Village in Sierra Madre recently welcomed REALTOR Kathy Knudsen his Sierra Madre office. The announcement was made at the office’s weekly marketing and sales meeting.

Knudsen said that she is very excited about her new association with CENTURY 21 Village Realty and that she chose the Sierra Madre office for the wonderful atmosphere, friendly agents and Bencosme’s extensive real estate knowledge.

Knudsen has been a long time member of the Foothills communities, living in this area for over 30 years. She has served as a school administrator, active community member and Real Estate agent, acknowledged for her honesty, work ethic and positive contributions to the community she serves.

She has a passion for helping families realize their dream of home ownership and has turned her real estate families into life time friends. She is committed, dedicated and persistent with an entrepreneurial background, strong communication skills and a passion for serving.

Kathy has served as a teacher and administrator in Monrovia, and a Director in the Mountain View School District in El Monte for 12 years.

She also loves traveling and especially loves being a Grandmother.
